She has served in various capacities within NABARD pan India. She has also worked with World Bank Project UP DASP and has headed NABARD's Natural Resource Management Center. She was also Director of Bankers Institute of Rural Development. She has been on the Board of Bandhan Bank as Agriculture expert. Her core areas of expertise include Participatory Development, Gender and Women empowerment, Climate change and Climate finance, farm and Nonfarm development. She has about 40 papers published in various National and International journals.

He has over 31 years of experience in the financial services industry as practicing chartered accountant and joined company as promoter. Mr. Agrawal started his practice as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1992. Having an experience of more than 31 years, he possesses an immense knowledge in the field of Audit and tax. He has also done in past the certificate course of Concurrent Audit conducted by ICAI. He also has the know-how of Forensic Audit. He has been associated with many private, public sector banks, insurance company like LIC (Varanasi DO)/United India Insurance Co. Ltd (Varanasi) as statutory & concurrent audit during the period. Rajesh is a Microfinance professional with over 26 years of experience in microfinance sector. His area of expertise include managing microfinance operations, strategic planning and human resource management. Worked with Cashpor Micro Credit, a leading microfinance company in North India, as General Manager (Operations). During his stint in CASHPOR, Rajesh has led the business correspondence model in partnership with ICICI and other public sector Banks. Pioneer in replicating Grameen model based microfinance in Bihar and established full-fledged microfinance operations under his leadership. Worked as Chief operations officers and led over 2000 employees during his stint with CASHPOR. Took charge as head of Human Resource Development department when company was facing high staff churn over. He also involved in micro saving as Project Head -under Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, in collaboration with cashpor supported by GF USA. Working with Samhita, a microfinance institution, handling BC partnership portfolio in UP and MP. He managed Samhita operations in unserved/underserved regions in western UP.

Ashok Chaubey has more than a decade of experience in micro finance. He joined Cashpor, an MFIs in UP, in 2004. In 2009 he joined UTKARSH as an auditor and latter promoted as divisional manager and given charge to open new branches and expand business in UP & Bihar .In 2015 he started his own organization SAHAJ micro finance as section 25 company. Prior Joining to Samavesh He was Founder Director of SAHAJ foundation in which was operational in Bihar Region.

Tushar Dhanuka after finishing his digree in Business studies joined textile industry. He is Director of S.Goyal Silk Fab Private Limited a leading Trading Company of Textile Fabrics . He is also Director in Benaras High Fashions Private Limited . He is single handedly looking after the business where he has to face day to day challenges in Textile Industries.
